Council & Mayor Updates

  • Matt Murray: Bountiful City Youth Council applications closed; interviews underway. New council will be selected by the end of May, with activities beginning in June.
  • Beth Child: Service Council blood drive collected 41 pints; part of a larger goal of 250 for America 250. And the Davis Arts Center is currently hosting the Davis School District Student Art Show.
  • Mayor Kate Bradshaw: Back in January Bountiful hosted a delegation from Ukraine, including Mayor Andrii Seletskyi. A visit to Veterans Park stood out as a meaningful example of honoring service, which the delegation hopes to replicate in their own community.
