The Woods Cross Wildcats head south today to face the Orem Tigers in the 5A high school football quarterfinals on Friday, Nov. 7 at 6:00 PM.
Woods Cross is coming in strong, having beaten the Olympus Titans twice in their last three games (one a playoff win) and with another win over the neighboring Viewmont Vikings. Orem has torn through their recent schedule, winning their last seven games by an average of 37 points, including a 40-22 win over Timpview.
The winner of this game advances to the semifinals next week at Rice-Eccles Stadium against either West or Bountiful.
